Why nowEveryone has leftover turkey the weekend after Thanksgiving, and a slider is the best thing to do with it.

Ingredients
As written: 12 sliders.
Method
Heat the oven to 350°F. Set the bottom sheet of rolls in a 9×13-inch pan and spread with mustard.
Layer the turkey, then press the stuffing over it, then the cheese.
Spread the cranberry sauce on the cut side of the top sheet and set it on. Brush with the butter.
Cover with foil and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more.
Look forCheese melted, tops crisp, and 165°F in the center slider. If it is under, cover again and keep going in 5-minute rounds.
Cut into sliders along the roll lines.
Make ahead
Use leftovers that were refrigerated within 2 hours of the meal, within 3 to 4 days.
Holding
Room temperature up to 2 hours.
Allergens

This dish's twist table (d6)
| 1–2 | The classic stands. No twist. Cook it as written. |
|---|---|
| 3 | Herb swap. Add a few fresh sage leaves under the cheese |
| 4 | Acid strike. Swap the cranberry for a spoon of grainy mustard and pickles |
| 5 | Plating challenge. Serve warm gravy on the side for a dip, at the break only |
| 6 | Host's boon. The Host picks any twist above, or the table invents one. The safety rule still applies. |
Roll before you start cooking. No twist ever changes a time, a temperature or how done something must be.
