Dirty Soda Bar
The Alchemist's Fountain
Soda, a shot of flavored syrup, a squeeze of lime and a float of cream. Set it up as a bar and let everyone mix their own; kids make excellent Alchemists here.
At the table: Keep the cream on ice and out no more than 2 hours.

Why nowDirty soda is the easiest drink bar there is for a mixed-age table: everyone builds their own.

Ingredients
As written: 8 drinks.
The bar
Method
Chill the sodas and cream. Set out the ice, syrups, cream (in a bowl of ice) and lime wedges with a jigger or tablespoon.
To build one: fill a glass with ice, add 1 to 2 tablespoons syrup, and top with soda.
Squeeze in a lime wedge, float 2 tablespoons cream on top, and stir at the table.
Make ahead
Chill everything the day before.
Holding
Keep the cream on ice and out no more than 2 hours.
Allergens
Contains milk (unless coconut cream). Always check labels on packaged ingredients.
Notes
Cola and Dr Pepper-style sodas contain caffeine; root beer and lemon-lime usually do not, which matters for younger players late in the evening.
Tavern Night
This dish's twist table (d6)
| 1–2 | The classic stands. No twist. Cook it as written. |
|---|---|
| 3 | Herb swap. Add a sprig of mint to each glass |
| 4 | Acid strike. Swap lime for a squeeze of orange |
| 5 | Plating challenge. Name house combos on a card (Dr Pepper-style + coconut + lime + cream is the classic) |
| 6 | Host's boon. The Host picks any twist above, or the table invents one. The safety rule still applies. |
Roll before you start cooking. No twist ever changes a time, a temperature or how done something must be.
